Installation And Loading Guide For PTA Container Liner

On Oct.13rd, 2017, Our salesman and Engineer gone to the factory of PTA Customer in
order to servise and guide for loading and unloading PTA(Pure Terephthalic Acid) powder for
the Container Liner/Bulk Liner.

According to the installation process, we give our advice to improve the process and other
installation details to make sure the Liner can be installed in correct for loading and unloading.
During the loading process,according to the loading facility and requirements for the Bulk Liner
from the Customer,We made a further modification for the design and material update,so that
make sure that it was loaded under the big air pressure during the loading process.

Meanwhile,we gave our advices and idea which help the operator to increase efficiency of
installation,loading and Discharging process.From the visual,We know more about the Custo-
mer's requirement,unloading condition and operation detail.
