Anthente own DESIGN for Train Wagon Liners which act as corollary protection packaging in RAILWAY transportation and are widely used in modern logistics.To move huge VOLUME and BULK CARGO over the railway, instead of the more expensive over-the-road transportation.

Wagon Liner is an additional protection bag for wagons/trailer/truck. It is used to isolate the wagon from the cargo being filled, protection covering and increased waterproofing of the cargo inside the wagon, Also keeping the wagon clean and avoid to cleaning and sanitize wagons after discharging.

Wagon Liner also create an environment weather-resistant to enable the use of railway wagons as a safe, clean, and dry packaging condition for Bulk cargo. It contour the interior of the rail wagon perfectly attaching to its walls and ceiling through its built-in hooks and ties.

Loading and Discharging:

Normally,Our Liner design can be filling by top gravity filling through the liner’s top spout from the hopper of Silo.And discharging the through the side small door by tilt laterally the wagon.Also for forklift filling,The PP or PE Fabric is strong enough to withstand the in-and-out traffic of the forklifts loading and unloading the palletized cargo.

Materials& Construction:

The wagon liner is usually made of laminated PP or PE FABRIC. Which is impervious to moisture and more resistant to ultraviolet radiation, tearing and rubbing. If necessary, the wagon liner can be made in other than standard sizes or with any additional changes to its design.

Anthente Wagon Liners can be made single layer PP/PE FABRIC or PE Film,Also we can make 2 multi-layer with PP/PE FABRIC plus PE FILM inside as a liner. Inside Film Liner is a heating weld technology to ensure 100% sealing for water-proof. Also we can adding the felt coated with PP/PE fabric on bottom to meet the forklifts going inside for loading.
